Ms. Martha Fabela holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville specializing in Plant and Soil Sciences.  She has been in the environmental and construction industry for over 23 years.  Ms. Fabela has extensive  experience in project management and program management with budgets totaling over a million plus.

Ms. Fabela holds several licenses from Texas Department of Health Services from asbestos inspector to certified commercial pesticide applicator.  Her experience ranges from federal, state, and county.  Ms. Fabela’s experience also extends to the private sector for both commercial and residential. Ms. Fabela has led several federal projects throughout her career.  She has been technically involved in projects ranging from environmental compliance assessments to environmental management systems.  Ms. Fabela has been technically immersed in the preparations of Green House Gas surveys, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Environmental Baseline Surveys, Phase I, II,& III documents to list a few.  In addition, she has been involved in creating operating manuals as well as the inspections of asbestos containing materials for local school districts.  In the private sectors, Ms. Fabela has coordinated projects such as inspection of biological and asbestos hazardous.  

Ms. Fabela is actively involved in several professional organizations.  She also contributes to local charities and schools.  She has taught local school children by conducting creative science sessions to encourge future young scientists.
