How do I sign in to my G Suite account?

  1. Go to https://mail.google.com/a/egcincpro.com in any web browser.
  2. Enter your G Suite email address (First.lastName @egcincpro.com) and password.

How can I switch between G Suite products?

  1. There are two ways to switch between G Suite products:
  2. In the top corner of any Google page, click (icon) Apps apps and choose a G Suite product.
  3. Enter product-name.google.com in the address bar. For example, drive.google.com, calendar.google.com, and so on.

How can I create rules to filter emails?

You can manage your incoming mail using Gmail’s filters to send email to a label, or archive, delete, star, or automatically forward your mail.
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the search box at the top, click the Down arrow .
  3. Enter your search criteria. If you want to check that your search worked correctly, see what emails show up by clicking Search. 
  4. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter. 
  5. Choose what you’d like the filter to do.
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Note: When you create a filter to forward messages, only new messages will be affected. ​Additionally, when someone replies to a message you've filtered, the reply will only be filtered if it meets the same search criteria.

Export Contact from Outlook to Gmail?

Due to an error in our legacy server. Contacts did not sync with G suite

  1. Open Outlook and select Contacts. ...
  2. Select Export to a file. ...
  3. Select Comma Separated Values (DOS). ...
  4. Select Contacts. ...
  5. Choose a file name and location for the Contacts export file you are creating. ...
  6. In the Export to a File window, click Finish
  7. Import Contacts into Google Contacts 
  8. Log onto your Google Contacts under the Mail drop-down menu in the upper left corner 
  9. In the list under Contacts, select Import Contacts..
  10.  In the Import contacts window, click Choose File.
  11. Select the contacts file that you created using Outlook. Click Open.
  12. Click Import.
  13. ​Your My Contacts folder now contains the imported contacts










How do I change my password?

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. In the "Sign-in & security" section, select Signing in to Google.
  3. Click Password, then follow the instructions from there.

Create a Gmail Signature

Export Calendar from Outlook to Gmail

Due to an error in our legacy server, calendar did not sync with G Suite

​Advance :

  1. In Outlook, open the Calendar, and select the calendar you want to export.
  2. Click File > Save Calendar.
  3. Use the default name or type a name for the iCalendar file in the File name box. ...
  4. Click More Options.
  5. Click the Date Range arrow, and choose the amount of calendar data you want to include in the iCalendar file or click Specify dates to enter a custom date range.
  6. Click the Detail arrow and, choose the amount of detail you want to show.
  7. Click OK, and then click Save (record the location of the file)
  8. Import the calendar into Google Calendar 
  9. Log onto your Google Calendar account
  10. At the top of the page, click the Settings wheel > Settings
  11. Along the left side of the screen, select Import & export.
  12. Click Select file from your computer.
  13. Pick the file that you created when you exported your calendar from Outlook, and then click Open.
