Cultural Resource Management
EGC’s Cultural Resource Management services include archaeology, anthropology, historic archaeology, research of historical records, architectural history, knowledge of cultural landscapes, geoarchaeology, and industrial heritage to assist clients with implementing Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Archaeological Resource Protection Act (ARPA) and National Environmental Preservation Act (NEPA) to ensure that their projects comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. The American Cultural Resources Association (ACRA) advocates that Cultural Resource Management helps guide smart, sustainable economic development and safeguard important historic and cultural heritage assets.
